Meet Dr. Cindy Armano
Dr. Cynthia Armano received her Chiropractic education from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri in 1990. She also received a Bachelors degree in Nutrition that same year. After graduating she moved to the East Coast from Missouri to work in Swampscott, Massachusetts.
She enjoys working with individuals of all ages but particularly enjoys working with expectant mothers with back pain and womens related issues. She emphasizes the importance of paying attention to symptoms such as headaches, neck and back pain and even joint stiffness now, before these warning signs turn into even more serious conditions later.
For patients who are hesitant about their first Chiropractic experience, a non-force gentle style can be used.
Chiropractic techniqes and health concepts she incorporates into her care include:
Chiropractic Bio-physics - A chiropractic technique that combines postural and x-ray analysis with specific adjustments to correct fixations and align the spine to its most optimal position possible, thus relieving pressure and irritation from the nervous system joints, disc, tendons, and muscles.
Zero Balancing Technique - A gentle method of balancing body energy with spinal structure.
Trigger Point Therapy and Transverse Friction - Releases muscle spasms and reduces tightness and adhesions.
Bio-identical Hormone Support - Information on required testing and analysis is available.
Nutrition Consultations - High quality, excipient free nutrition allows cellular rejuvination and healing.
Children and Teens - Often, their aches and pains from sports injuries, heavy backpacks and scoliosis is over-looked or not taken seriously. Please feel free to e-mail me with questions or concerns.
